The Jess Roan Foundation honors the legacy of Jess Lucian Roan, a beloved teacher and community leader, by supporting students interested in architecture, engineering, and education through scholarships. Our foundation is built on the pillars of Jess’s life: education, faith, integrity, and community service.
Applicants must be high school seniors at Caprock High School in Amarillo, Texas, be preparing for a career in architecture, engineering, or education, and be of good moral character. For detailed eligibility criteria, please refer to our scholarships section.
The application process involves reviewing the eligibility criteria, completing an application form, providing two letters of recommendation from non-family members, and a written essay describing how this scholarship will help you make a positive impact on your community.
